Calculation of weight aij (F)of the different schools based on faculty members
Weight value, aij (F) of supply centers (schools) prepared based on a questionnaire survey. The survey conducted among students, guardians, teachers
in the study area. Based on the survey number of faculty members in each educational institutes in the study area collected and also collected information of their education level as well as year of experiences. Finally, the weight aij (F) formulated based on the following equation.

N, Number of teacher
ex1 to ex5 , Weight are given based on the working experience
group as a teacher, namely: up to 5
year .2; 6-10 year .4; 11-15 year .6;
16-20 year .8 and 20+ year 1.
n1 to n5, Number teacher of each working experience group.
ed1 to ed4 , Weight are given based on the education level of a
teacher, namely: up to H.S.C. level
.8;Undergraduate level.9 ;masters and other higher education level 1.
m1 to m4, Number teacher of each education level.
